Most whānau know how amazing our rākau are and how they give us ease and comfort. However, many are either disconnected or lead such busy lives that it is inconvenient to go bush to harvest and create well-being formulas, let alone know how to. Big mihi to those normalising this practice for your own whānau and the wider hapori. Taking the inconvenience away provides whānau with the ease of receiving these benefits.
Bringing ease and comfort to te taha wairua (spirit), te tinana (body), te hinengaro (mind) me te whānau (relationships) is critical to us and one of our central core values.
How can this be achieved through Aotearoa's indigenous taonga species, native plants? It starts with education. It introduces whānau to feel and experience that which is generally reserved for Māori.
Our rongoā blended products, puna (natural spring water), and a rewarewa honey were scientifically tested at AgResearch and FoodPilot at Massey University.
